Fees
Tako has no deposit commission and no management fee on your balance. The costs are below. Numbers marked testnet are the testnet parameters; mainnet parameters are set before launch and published here.
When you use the pool
Section titled “When you use the pool”| Action | Cost |
|---|---|
| Stake | network fees for minting your takoGRAM |
| Instant withdrawal | 0.1% of the amount (testnet), plus network fees |
| Queued withdrawal | network fees only |
| Redeem a claim | network fees, paid by whoever redeems it |
| Migration from another pool | network fees, plus the source pool’s own fee if it has one |
| Enter or leave a prize draw | network fees |
Network fees are computed from TON’s live gas prices by the contracts, so they track the network and never need a code change. The app shows them before you sign; integrations read them from get_fees and get_vault_fees.
The instant withdrawal fee stays in the pool: it is added to the rate for everyone who stays.
What the pool keeps from rewards
Section titled “What the pool keeps from rewards”When a loan returns with a reward, it is split like this:
| Share | Who gets it |
|---|---|
| Reward earned by the validator’s own stake | the validator, in full |
| At least 97.25% of the reward the loan earned (testnet) | the pool |
| The rest of the loan’s reward | the validator |
From the pool’s part, on testnet 10% goes to the insurance fund and 5% to the keeper fund. Everything else raises the takoGRAM rate.
- The insurance fund pays first if a validator is fined more than its collateral, before holders lose anything. See Risks.
- The keeper fund pays whoever runs the public maintenance calls: deciding rounds and recovering stakes. Anyone can do this work and get paid. See Keepers.
The yield backtest shows how these shares change the yield.
Prize draws
Section titled “Prize draws”The keeper who closes a draw takes a small part of the prize, 1% on testnet and never more than 5%. The rest goes to the winners and the jackpot.
